Whether you’ve had your first baby or your third, postpartum is always a major mental, physical and emotional transition.
Finding the time and awareness to process these shifts can feel challenging (if not impossible) amidst the demands of parenting!
Details:
Facilitated by perinatal professional (and parent!) Akua Carson, this virtual workshop offers postpartum folks a gentle space to explore and reflect on the many dimensions of the postpartum experience through guided journaling.
The first portion of each workshop will be devoted to going inward through a series of journaling prompts you may choose from.
The second portion of each workshop will be devoted to optional group discussion and reflection amongst postpartum peers.
You are encouraged to attend the whole 4-class series, as different themes will be presented each week.
A Zoom link will be emailed to all participants in advance.
Bring a pen and a journal - or just type on your computer!
Babies on screen are welcome ;)
